Roof ramping: If the gutter guard causes the roof shingles to ramp up,
bend the mesh down at an angle and then slide the gutter guard under
the shingle or use either bending method in Diagram B.
DIAGRAM D
Flat roof: Bend the mesh up or down and fasten
to the back of the gutter, drip edge or fascia with
screws.
DIAGRAM E
Use screws to hold up gutter guard: If the gutter
guard isn’t wide enough to slide under the roof
shingles, put 3 screws in the back of the gutter,
drip edge or fascia to hold up each section of the
gutter guard, then use the tape method to secure
the gutter guard to the front lip of the gutter.
