LoggerSynchronization(allloggers)‐StandardProfessionalVersion
Loggersynchronizationisinitiated/terminatedbyselectingtheappropriatemenuitemorfunctionbuttonin
the main window or by simply pressing F2. Logger synchronization allows programming of the loggers by
transferringthecorrespondingloggersetupdatatotheloggerandreceivingstoredmeasurementsfromthe
loggers.
After initiating sync
hronization a window is displayed, allowing the user to select synchronization options.
PressingtheMore...buttonwillreveallessoftenusedoptions.

Getmeasurements:Getleakvaluesandamplitudedistributionmeasurements(ifavailable)
Transfer logger settings from PC to logger: Program logger with the correspo
nding logger settings, see
Logger Setup. Important: Transferring logger settings will erase all measurements stored in logger. It is
recommendedalwaystoselecttheGetmeasurementsoptiontogetherwiththisoptionfortransferringany

31 Orderofsy
nchronization
Synchronize only reachable loggers (in case only few loggers are in transmission range, "drive‐by‐
operation"): During synchronization the System Communication Link will search for the next reachable
logger. This option should be used during normal operation when loggers are deployed throughout the
distributionnetwork andonl
yfew loggersare intransmissionrange. Iftoo manyloggers can bereached at
thesametime,theSystemCommunicationsLinkwon'tbeabletoestablishradiotransmissiontoallloggers.
Seealsonotebelow.
Synchronizeaccordingtologgerlist(incasemanyorallloggersareintransmissionrange
):Thismodeshould
be used when many loggers are at the same place e.g. for initial programming or testing of the loggers.

ployed loggers as the

Wake up loggers: Wake up loggers that are in sleep mode. This function should be activated during

Leakvaluesandlatestamplitudedistribution(FastSync):Thisallowsfastsynchronizationofeachlogger,as
there will be transferred max. one amplitude distribution. This mode is especially suited for drive‐by
collectingofdataofdeployedloggers.
