The Heart Rate interface shows the user's last manual
measurement record, the highest and lowest automatic monitoring
values, and the 24-hour heart rate scatter chart (Figure 3-2-9).

Click the side key to slide right to enter the "heart rate" (or press
the side key again, click the "heart rate")
 Heart rate (PPG pulse rate) monitoring: turn on the "automatic
heart rate monitoring" in the watch or the App setting, and the
watch detects it every 10 minutes. The device side data is cleared
at 0 o'clock on the same day, and users can connect to the App to
upload all the data.
