Operator Requirement
The operator shall read the instruction manual carefully before using the unit.
Qualification
No special qualification is required for use of the unit except for detailed direction by a professional.
Minimum Age
Only persons above 18 years of age are allowed to work with the unit.
Exempted from the provision is the use of the juvenile trainees if they work in the course of their professional
training with an aim to obtain the skill under a trainer supervision.
Training
Use of the unit requires adequate lesson by a professional or the use of the manual only. Special training is
not required.

Transportation and Storage
Transport wheels are fitted on the block splitting machine. To move the
machine, grip the machine transporting handle and lift the front of the
machine. Thus the machine may be moved with ease.
Air-relief screw on the rear side of the machine has to be in to prevent
oil leakage during the transport.
The splitting blade will retract automatically in its original position.
Safety Instructions for the First Putting in Operation
Functioning of the splitting machine has to be checked prior to getting down to the work.
The thermal cut out will switch on motor overloading and switch the machine off. If that is the case, let the
machine cool down for 15 minutes and start again after the time.
Operation
• There is a de-aerating screw (14) on the rear
of the machine, whenever you use the
machine, release it by ca 4 turns. When
transporting the machine, the screw should be
fully tightened to avoid oil leakage.
