Engine does not start No power supply.
Blocked pump wheel
Turn the engine shaft with screwdri-
verthrough the fan cover (to release
frictioncircles sealing that may be stuck
together).
Pump does not suck Missing, loose or blocked check valve
Check valve is not in water.
Pump without water
Too high suction head.
Air bubbles in the suction pipeline.
Connections not sealed, pump sucks air,
pump is not deaerated.
Fix or clean the check valve.
Immerse the check valve into water.
Fill the pump shell with water.
Check the suction head.
Check the tighten of suction pipeline.
Carefully repeat connection according to
thechapter „Connection“!
Insu cient amount of
water pumped
Too high suction head.
Water level quickly drops down
Check the suction head.
Clean the strainer., Position the check valve
lower.
Clean the pump and replace worn parts.
