8 Inspections and Maintenance
Unplug the unit before any work on it.
• Use a wet cloth to clean the plastic parts. Do not use detergents, solvents or pointed tools.
• Wipe any dirt from the table surface, use a treatment spray.
• If the motor breaking time is above 10 s, the brake wearable parts should be exchanged by the
manufacturer or an authorised shop.
• Prior to every use, remove the dust from the vents and movable parts. Use a soft brush.
• Oil all the movable metal parts regularly.
8.1 Saw Blade Replacement

• Unplug.
• Remove the table backup.
• Using the hand wheel, take the
saw blade upwards.
• Turn the saw unit at 45°.
•
Wear gloves when replacing the
blade.
• Loosen the socket screw on the
saw case, loosen the lock screw
and remove the saw case plate
• Hold the blade with an socket
wrench and loosen the screw
on it – anticlockwise threading.
• Take out the blade carefully.
• Before installing a new blade,
clean the blade hold with a cloth
or a brush.
Mind the rotation correct
direction when putting the
blade in place. The blade teeth
should point in the direction of
the unit front edge and the
direction of arrow on the blade
and the protection should
coincide.
• Retighten the screws and
reinstall the table backup and
the blade protection.
