1.2 Warranty
Warranty claims as per the warranty certificate attached.
2 General Safety Instructions
Prior to the initial use of the unit, the operating instructions should be read completely. If in doubt with
regard to connection and operation of the unit, consult the manufacturer (servicing department).
FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW CAREFULLY IN ORDER TO SECURE A HIGH DEGREE OF
SAFETY:
CAUTION!
Keep your workplace clean and tidy. A messy workplace and work table increases the risk of
accidents and injuries.
Pay attention to the conditions of the area, which you’re working in. Do not use electrical tools
and appliance in mist and wet conditions. Provide for good lighting. Do not expose the electrical tools
to rain and air moisture. Do not switch electrical tools near flammable liquids and gases.
Do net let any unauthorised persons approach the machine. Visitors and viewers, primarily the
children, the ill or infirm persons should be kept at a safe distance from the working area.
Make provision for the tools storage. The machines not in current use should be kept in a dry place,
elevated or locked where practicable so that any access to them is prevented.
Always use a correct tool for the job to be done. E.g. avoid using small tools and accessories for
work that should be actually done with a heavy tool. Use the tools only for the purposes they were
designed for. Keep your tools clean and sharp.
Pay attention to adequate clothing. Do not wear loose garments and jewels they might be caught by
moving parts of the machine. When working outdoors, working gloves and anti-skid show are
recommended. Long hair should be protected as appropriate.
Use personal protection equipment. Always wear goggles and ear protectors. A breathing mask is
also required. Wear tight-fitting gloves any time you are handling sharp edges and saw blades.
Use a dust extractor. If dust extracting and collecting devices are available, they must be connected
and used properly. Be cautious and make sure that the dust and sawdust is taken away from you and
the others possibly staying around.
Keep a watch of the supply cable. Do not pull the cable. Do not unplug by pulling it. Keep the cable
away from source of heat, oil and sharp edges.
Secure the piece to be worked. Use suitable clamps etc. It is safer than holding the piece with hand.
In addition, you have both the hands free to work.
Always mind the balance and safe posture. Do not lean too far over or aside when trying to reach
something.
Remove any wrenches etc. Before switching the machine on, all the wrenches used for a tool
replacement have to be removed. .
Av oid any unintentional switching on . Make sure that the tool is off on the machine switch before
plugging in the machine.
Use only special extension cables when working outdoors. Special extension cables are need for
outdoor works, suitable for the purpose and marked as such.
Always be attentive. Mind what you are doing. Use common sense at work. Do not use electrical
tools when feeling tired.
Watch out for damaged parts . Inspect the unit before use. Have you found some parts damaged? If
the damage is minor, consider whether the unit is able of safe and perfect operation. Make sure that
the movable parts are properly adjusted and set up. Do some components not fit in each other
correctly? Are some of them damaged? Is everything installed correctly? Are all the other
preconditions of the unit perfect operation met? Damaged protective devices have to be
repaired/exchanged by authorised repair shop unless the instruction manual state expressly otherwise.
Have any faulty switches replaced in authorised shops. Do not use the tool if the tool may not be
switched on/off properly. Replace the table backup if worn. If you find defects on the unit (protection
devices and blade included), which is not likely at all, consult your local servicing centre. .
