B1: All users of the bar mower must first carefully read the
Operating and Maintenance Instructions and get acquainted
with the appropriate use of all operating components!
B2: Caution! Do not put the bar mower into operation if there
are persons, especially children or animals around.
B3: Caution! The cutting tool is very sharp! Hands and other
parts of your body must necessarily be in a safe distance from
the cutting tool when in operation. There is a risk of cutting
and other serious injuries, including fatal ones!
B4: Caution! The cutting tool is very sharp! Legs and other
parts of your body must necessarily be in a safe distance from
the cutting tool when in operation. There is a risk of cutting
and other serious injuries, including fatal ones!
B5: Caution! Hands must be in a safe distance from all hot
parts of the engine (especially from the noise suppressor).
Risk of serious burns!
B6: Caution! Switch off the engine and make sure that knives
and all other moving parts have stopped before any cleaning,
maintenance and inspection. Pull out the ignition cable and
remove it from the spark plug to prevent unintentional starting
(notice – other operating and service instructions can be
found in the attached instructions for the BRIGGS &
STRATTON engine).
B7: Caution! The engine, or the appliance to be more
specific, is supplied without oil. Start the engine only after
filling the oil tank. In any case, do not exceed the maximum oil
level! (see the instructions for the BRIGGS & STRATTON
engine).
