Compliant with all OSHA 1910, OSHA 1926 Subpart M, ANSI Z359.14-14, and ANSI A10.32-12 regulations.
Personal Fall Arrest: Halo LE SRLs may be used in Personal Fall Arrest
applications to support a MAXIMUM 1 Personal Fall Arrest System (PFAS).
Structure must withstand loads applied in the directions permitted by the
system of at least 5,000 lbs. Maximum free fall is 6’. SRL may be positioned
no more than 6’ below harness dorsal D-ring. Applicable D-ring: Dorsal.
Restraint: Halo LE SRLs may be used in Restraint applications. Restraint
systems prevent workers from reaching the leading edge of a fall hazard.
Always account for fully deployed length of SRL. Structure must withstand
loads applied in the directions permitted by the system of at least 1,000 lbs.
No vertical free fall is permitted. Restraint systems may only be used on
surfaces with slopes up to 4/12 (vertical/horizontal). Applicable D-rings:
Dorsal, Chest, Side, Shoulder.
Non-LE Use:
Capacity range: 130 - 420 lbs.
Average arrest force: 900 lbs.
Maximum arrest force:1,800 lbs.
Maximum deceleration distance: 54”.
Fall clearance: 9’.
Class B SRL.
Halo LE SRL is suitable for the following applications:
Prior to use, a Competent Person MUST calculate available fall clearance.
Attach Halo LE SRL carabiner to selected anchorage connector, and attach snap hook to
applicable harness D-ring.
The allowable angle of redirection of the lifeline portion of Halo LE SRLs at the leading
edge of a fall hazard MUST be at least 90°.
Anchor point MUST NOT be lower than the leading edge of applicable fall hazard(s).
