7. Failure Analysis
1.The reader doesn't respond：
Check the power, whether the input power supply voltage is correct; whether the
external power adapter is working properly; whether the power socket contacts are
secure; whether the input voltage fluctuates too much.
Check whether the connection interface of the relevant cable is loose and whether
there is any problem with the cable. You can replace the cable for testing.
2. Read/write label error:
Check whether the corresponding configuration of the reader is correct (such as
inventory parameter configuration, reading and writing parameter configuration);and
adjust the placement of the label to detect whether the label is within the effective
reading and writing range of the antenna.
Check whether there is electromagnetic interference between the reader and other
devices (refer to section 6.3.3 for noise detection to check);
In addition, multiple tags can be replaced for testing to check whether the tags are
damaged.
3. The range of reading and writing does not meet the requirements:
Adjust the RF power of the antenna; or check whether there are metal facilities in
the environment around the reader.
