Genaral Fault Detection and Diagnosis
The light won't boot up properly.
The fixture produces light, but the
LCD display is not working.
LCD display is on but no light output.
The fixture has an abnormal flicker.
The inside fan can not work.
If the failure is not resolved after troubleshooting, please contact with place of purchase or manufacturer.
1. Please check whether the power cable and outlet
connection is properly connected or loose.
2. Please check whether the voltage value is within the
specified parameters.
Control board is damaged or connecting cables of control
board fall off.
1. Please check whether the DIM is set to zero.
2. LED board or main board may be damaged.
2. Please check whether the connecting cable of LED
board fall off.
1. Please check if there are any high temperature object
near that make the operational environment temperature
too high.
2. Please check if the fixture is in any special effect mode.
If the LCD screen displays "The fixture is overheated, please
check the fixture!" that means the fan is damaged, please
contact with place of purchase or manufacturer.
