knobs.
MODE
Rotate "Right knob" to VERSION to check the firmware version.
Press MODE button to MENU.

Press "Right knob" to make update, it will show "FIRMWARE UPDATED" after the firmware update is finished.
Long press the "Right knob" to lock all functions.
