The packaging is only in cardboard to respect international standards about environment standards:
EN 13428
Packaging - Requirements specific to manufacturing and composition - Prevention by
source reduction

EN 13430 Packaging - Requirements for packaging recoverable by material recycling
EN 13431 13431 Packaging - Requirements for packaging recoverable in the form of energy recov-

The packaging was tested under ISTA 3A (Packaged Products for Parcel Delivery System Shipment
weighing 150 lbs or less – is a test used for simulating courier companies shipping environments).
Shipping, EDGE packaging and Lithium battery: EDGE packaging shall be capable of withstanding a 1.2
m drop test in any orientation without damage to cells or batteries contained therein according to the Inter-
national Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), the International Air Transport Association (IATA), the Interna-
tional Maritime Organization (IMO) requirements.
Handling symbols on EDGE packaging: the standard is ISO R/780 (Packaging - Pictorial marking for han-
dling of goods).
