Never place the appliance, attachments, power cord or plug on hot surfaces such as gas or electric burners or hot oven surfaces and never use with hot liquids or food. Let hot food and liquids cool down to min. 80°C or less before using the appliance. 77 77 77 Do not use the appliance for anything other than its intended use.
OPERATION_ _________________________________ Preparation 1 Remove all packaging and sticker materials and dispose of them according to the applicable legal regulations. 2 Before using the appliance for the first time, clean parts which come into contact with food (see the “Cleaning and care” section). 3 Cut the food into small pieces before processing with the appliance.
OPERATION_ _________________________________ 77 77 To prevent any accidents use the beaker lid as anti-slip rubber pad by putting the beaker base on the lid. If you would like to use the blending attachment directly in the pot, first take the pot off the stove to prevent the blending attachment from overheating. Chopping Notes 77 Do not chop extremely hard items such as coffee beans, ice cubes, nutmeg, grains or bones. Remove stalks from herbs, shells from nuts and bones, tendons and gristle from meat.
OPERATION_ _________________________________ Whisking 77 77 You can use the balloon whisk ping cream and beating eggs. L for whip- Never process more than 4 egg whites or 200 ml cream. 1 Insert the balloon whisk L into the whisk holder K until it clicks into place. 2 Connect the motor unit E to the whisk holder K by putting the whisk holder onto the motor unit. Push the whisk holder to the motor unit. Make sure that the whisk holder is securely attached to the motor unit.
