Product Overview

The ALPHA 15-55 HWR-T is a hot water recirculation pump that operates
using a wireless temperature sensor that functions like an aquastat. The
pump will activate via the programmable timer in addition to the measured
return line temperature. The sensor keeps the water temperature within
an optimal range that is calculated every 12 hours. Perfect for homes with
multiple occupants and unpredictable hot water usage. This innovative
design is built on the current Grundfos ALPHA platform, oering high
energy savings, low noise levels and a quick installation.
The ALPHA platform is a high eciency platform with a permanent magnet
motor (ECM). The ECM motor design reduces energy consumption by up to
50 percent and is built on over 17 years of Grundfos ECM experience, making
it the most energy ecient product in the market. The pump functionality
allows the homeowner to only run the hot water recirculation pump when
there is demand, saving thousands of gallons of water a year.
All controls and software are built into the product by Grundfos making
installation simple and intuitive troubleshooting if necessary. The ALPHA
15-55 HWR-T is an innovative, technologically advanced, energy ecient, and
water saving solution for pump hot water recirculation.
