Do not touch the ceramic faces of the shaft seal.

How to correctly hold the shaft seal
1. Lubricate both sealing parts with soapy water.
2. Place the stationary part of the shaft seal (103) in the outer
motor stool (156b).
3. Lubricate the shaft with soapy water.
4. Place the rotating part of the shaft seal (104) on the shaft.
5. Place the washer (102) on the shaft.

Assembling the chamber stack
Do not touch the inner ceramic faces of the shaft seals
(103) (104).
1. Make sure you have all components ready and place them on
the shaft of the motor unit (150) in the following order.

Assembling the chamber stack

5.5 Fitting the chamber stack
Make sure that all the components are on the shaft in the
right order.
1. Once all chambers and impellers are in place, fasten the shaft.
Use a large flat screwdriver at the drive-end and a 13-mm
spanner at the non-drive end. Use a torque of 8 Nm.

2. Fit the plug on the nameplate to cover the shaft end.
