Product description
The SB pump is a submersible booster pump for the
pumping of clean water. It is especially suitable for
rainwater applications. The pump is available in two
main versions:
• with integrated suction strainer (1 mm/0.04 inch
mesh)
• with side inlet which includes a flexible suction hose
with floating suction strainer (1 mm/0.04 inch
mesh).
In both versions, the pump is available with or without
float switch. The float switch can be used for automatic
operation or dry-running protection of the pump.

Features and benefits
Noiseless operation
The SB pump emits no noise when submerged and is
therefore a noiseless alternative to non-submersible
pumps.
High reliability
The SB pump is built of composite and stainless-steel
materials which are resistant to corrosion.
Furthermore, the pump has a stainless-steel strainer
which prevents large particles from entering the pump
housing.
Integrated protection
The pump incorporates thermal overload
protection.
Floating suction strainer
The model with floating suction strainer always draws
the water from just below the water surface where the
water is clean and free from solid particles.

Selection guide
General recommendation
If the distance from the tank wall to the pump is above
1.5 metres (4.9 feet), the model with side inlet should
be selected.
If the distance from the tank wall to the pump is less
than 1.5 metres (4.9 feet), the model with suction
strainer should be selected.
