When editing the contact information, you can also add an email
address, fax number, birthday date or categorize the record.
To add a field for a contact
1. In Edit mode, press [Add Field].
2. Select the field you want to add for the contact, (e.g., [Fax]) and
then go back to Edit mode and enter the fax number.
To delete a field
1. In Edit mode, select the field you want to delete.
2. Press and select [Delete Field].
