Sending a message
The message can be sent as:
• If the message is entirely text, and does not exceed the maximum
length for sending an SMS (less than 100 characters), it should be
sent as an SMS.
• If the message contains any non-text content, it should be sent as
an MMS.
• If the recipient address is an email address, even if the message is
entirely text, it should be sent as an MMS.
