Trouble shooting
This chapter lists some problems you might encounter while you use
the Smartphone. Some problems require you to call your network
service provider, but most of the problems you can easily correct
yourself.
If you need to hand in your Smartphone to repair, you might lose the
data you save in your Smartphone. So, we strongly recommend that
you make a copy for these information before you hand in your
Smartphone for repair.
Master reset
You can return the phone to its original state by deleting the content
you added or edited.
• Select [Settings Reset] to reset all settings and configuration to
factory defaults.
• Select [Master Reset] to reset all settings and configuration to
factory defaults, and clear all your data. For example, contacts,
messages, and the contents you received or downloaded.
