Troubleshooting
1. Device fails to turn on
Please check whether the battery has run out of power,
you can try again after connecting it to a PC or charger
with the USB cable or after charging the device.
2. No sound from earphones
Make sure the volume level is not too low, and that the
earphone jack is fully inserted.

Sound issues
Please ensure the earphone jack is clean and correctly
inserted. Please check whether the music file is
damaged, you can try other music to verify this, a
damaged music file can cause sound issues or popping
sounds.
4. Unable to download files
Please ensure the device is well connected to the PC.
Please check to see if the storage space in the device's
memory is full.
Please ensure the USB cable is not damaged

Tum On/Off Device
Slide the power switch to the ON position to turn on the
device, to the OFF position to turn off the device, ON-S
position to turn on the device for shuffle music playback.
Play Music
Slide the power switch to the ON position, the device
will turn on and go into music play mode, and the blue
LED flashes, A short press of VOL - key to decrease
volume, or press VOL.+ key to increase the
volume,

1. With the device at ON status, use the USB cable
that comes with the device to connect to a PC. If in the
bottom right hand corner of the PC screen shows a
green arrow

that means the device has connected
with the PC successfully as a hard disk, you can find it in
My Computer and edit it's content or copy files or music
into it.
If you want to disconnect/unplug the device from the
PC,you should double click the green arrow
 again and
choose stop and wait for the safe to remove hardware
window before disconnecting it from the PC before
unplugging the USB cable, otherwise this may cause loss
of data.

Bookmark Function
To Bookmark the music,
Long Press


during playback.
When you
start the music
again the music will continue
from where it was stopped.
To release bookmark function, switch
off
the unit.
Shuffle Music Playback
Slide the power switch to ON-S mode and playback your
music in a randomized order.
