LED in electronics flashing
continuously after
calibration
• Obstacle during calibration - Perform calibration again, ensuring there is no
obstacle in the adjustment range of the servo
motor
• Servo motor defective - Replace servo motor
No flushing • No voltage (LED in electronics not
flashing)
- Switch on power supply or replace switched-
mode power supply
• Electronics defective (LED not flashing or
permanently on)
- Replace electronics
• Servo motor defective - Replace servo motor
• Plug-in connector without contact - Attach plug-in connector
• Detection zone of sensor system set too
low
- Increase detection zone using remote control
(special accessories 36 407) / app
• Servo motor and electronics not calibrated - Calibrate servo motor
• Water supply interrupted - Open isolating valve in cistern
Water flowing
continuously
• Waste not closing - Maintain or replace waste, see technical
product information for cistern
- Calibrate servo motor
Undesired flushing • Detection zone of sensor system set too
high
- An opposing object is detected. Reduce
detection zone using remote control
(special accessories 36 407) / app
Flow volume too low • Servo motor defective or not calibrated
(incomplete rotation)
- Replace or calibrate servo motor
• Residual flow rate in cistern too high - Push residual flow slider at waste downwards
• Flow rate in cistern too low - Turn float of filler valve upwards
Bluetooth
®
Connection not possible • No reception/connection interrupted
• Interferences in the reception area
• Obstacle in transmission path
• Object detection
- Turn back the device to receiving range
- Turn off the source of interference
(observe manufacturer´s documentation)
- Remove from radio path
- The detection zone must kept clear
Interrupted while
operating
• Interferences in the reception area
• Obstacle in transmission path
- Turn off the source of interference
(observe manufacturer´s documentation)
- Remove from radio path
Maintenance, see fold-out page III - IV.
• Shut off water supply
• Switch off voltage supply
• Inspect and clean all components and replace if
necessary.
Calibrating the servo motor, see fold-out page III,
Fig. [4] - [6].
Caution: The servo motor must be calibrated outside the
cistern!
