3. Maximum Current Output
The GRIZZL-E Mini charging station features the ability to adjust the maximum current output.
Requirements govern that only 80% of the circuit-rated load may be utilized.
Maximum Current can be adjusted using Smart Features. Set the Maximum Current by DIP
Switch Settings if local electrical codes require a physical switch for maximum settings. To
change Maximum Current through Smart Features follow
“Adjustments” on page 21.
3.1 Adjust Maximum Current by DIP Switches
The Grizzl-E Mini has DIP Switches to set maximum current output to 40A, 32A, 24A, or 16A.
If local electrical codes require a physical switch to govern the maximum current settings,
adjust the DIP switch settings:
1. Ensure the unit is unplugged. Secure the Charging Station on a at surface with the front
cover facing out.
2. Remove the front cover by removing the 4 screws at each corner of the charging station.
Use Phillips Head PH2 Screwdriver to remove cover screws. Place the cover to the side.
CAUTION: The LED pipe is attached to the front cover. When the
front cover is removed, place it on a flat surface facing down to avoid
damage to the LED pipe.
