11.5 Trademarks and IP
GreyScan is the trademark of the GreyScan Australia Pty Ltd ACN 625 303 219 (GreyScan). By acquiring this device,
you acquire no rights to or interest in the Trademark. The Trademark may not be used by any person except under
license from GreyScan.
GreyScan has the rights to all intellectual property in respect of the device. By acquiring or using the device, you
acquire no rights to or interest in such intellectual property.
You must not seek to circumvent GreyScan's intellectual property rights by seeking to analyse, decompile, reverse
engineer or modify the device in any way. Any such action will immediately void any warranty provided in respect of
the device (Warranty) and GreyScan reserves its right to take any action to protect its rights in such circumstances.
11.6 FCC and CANADA USER MANUAL WARNINGS:
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class A digital device, pursuant to part 15 of
the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference when the
equipment is operated in a commercial environment. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio
frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instruction manual, may cause harmful
interference to radio communications. Operation of this equipment in a residential area is likely to cause harmful
interference in which case the user will be required to correct the interference at his own expense.
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules and with Innovation, Science and Economic Development
Canada’s licence-exempt RSS(s). Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
(1) This device may not cause interference; and
(2) This device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation of the
device.
This equipment complies with the FCC and ISED Canada radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled
environment. This equipment should be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20 cm between the
radiator and all persons during normal operation.
