Hardware Setup
Connect the Outdoor CPE Device to Passive PoE injector unit
Connect RJ-45 port, marked as “ODU”, of PoE injector to the RJ-45 port of OD unit by
using standard Ethernet cable. (Note 1.)
Connect PC to PoE injector for configuring Outdoor CPE Device
Connect the other RJ-45 port, marked as “LAN”, of PoE injector to computer by using
the device cable.
Connect the PoE injector to the power source to power up the Outdoor CPE
Power on ODU
- Put the power adaptor plug into the DC jack of PoE injector
- Plug the power adaptor to the electrical outlet
- When OD is powered on, “Power LED” (the 1
st
LED on back side of top cover) will be
solid on.
Note 1: In OD-235/ 350 product package, Ethernet cable is NOT included.
Warning! Please use standard Ethernet (UTP, unshielded twisted pair) cable to install OD series.
Use PC to configure the ODU
