1 GENERAL SAFETY RULES PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE OPERATING YOUR MACHINE. The safety instructions in this manual are designed to protect your safety and guide your use of the Green Machine® Cordless power head. Failure to read and understand the following information may create an unsafe workspace which could constitute a risk of electric shock, explosions, heavy flying objects, fire, or chemical reactions.
■ Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Keep your hair, clothing, and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewelry, or long hair can be caught in moving parts. Wear protective hair covering to contain long hair. The use of rubber gloves and substantial footwear is recommended when working outdoors. ■ Prevent ■ Keep your power tool in working condition with regular maintenance.

4 UNPACKING Do not attempt to assemble or use this product without all of the necessary parts. If any parts are missing, please contact our helpline at (800) 541-7027 and await the arrival of the missing parts. Use of this product with damaged or missing parts could result in serious personal injury. Before assembly, make sure that the tool is switched off and the battery is removed. Do not attempt to modify this product or create accessories not recommended for use with this power head.
5.2 CONNECT AN ATTACHMENT TO THE POWER HEAD 1 2 Read and understand the entire Operator’s Manual for each optional attachment used on this power head and follow all warnings and instructions. Failure to follow all instructions could result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious personal injury. This Green Machine 62V power head (GMMT6200-PH) is designed to be used only with the Green Machine attachments that are specified in this Operator’s Manual.
6 OPERATION TO REMOVE THE BATTERY PACK: Do not operate near electrical power lines. The unit has not been designed to protect from electric shock in the event of contact with overhead electric lines, consult local regulations for safe distances from overhead electric power lines, and ensure that the operating position is safe and secure before turning on the tool. Put the tool on the ground before removing the battery pack. Injury could result if the battery pack falls.
6.3 ADJUSTING THE SPEED 1. The speed of the motor on your Green Machine® Cordless tool can be adjusted by the speed adjustment switch. 2. Push the speed adjusting switch to “SPORT” for step-less speed regulation from 5000-8000RPM. And to “ECON” for fixing the speed of 6000RPM. (Fig.7) 3. Adjust the speed to suit the task. Do not overwork your machine. Speed adjusting switch 7 MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING Regular inspection is a key step to proper maintenance.
7.3 TRANSPORTING AND STORING Do not store or transport the power head while it is running. Always remove the battery pack before storing or transporting it. Clean all foreign material from the power head. Store the unit in a dry, well-ventilated area, locked up or up high, out of the reach of children. Do not store the tool on or adjacent to fertilizers, gasoline, or other chemicals.
9 LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE The manufacturer warrants that it will repair or replace, free of charge, any failure due to defects in materials or workmanship or both occurring during the applicable warranty period, subject to the exclusions and limitations outlined in the following paragraphs. Limited Warranty coverage only applies to Green Machine@ products that are purchased from an authorized Green Machine@ retailer located in the United States, U.S. territories, or Canada.

6 OPERACIÓN PARA EXTRAER LA BATERÍA: No utilizar cerca del cableado eléctrico. La unidad no ha sido diseñada para proteger contra descargas eléctricas en caso de contacto con cableado eléctrico aéreo, consulte la normativa local sobre distancias de seguridad a cableado eléctrico aéreo, y asegúrese de que la posición de funcionamiento es segura y firme antes de encender la herramienta. 7.2 LIMPIEZA DEL CABEZAL ELÉCTRICO Cuando limpie el cabezal eléctrico no lo sumerja en agua ni en otros líquidos. 1. Apague la máquina y retire la batería. 2. Elimine el pasto que pueda haberse enredado en el eje del motor. 3. Limpie la suciedad y los residuos del cabezal eléctrico utilizando un paño húmedo con detergente suave. 4. No utilice detergentes fuertes en la carcasa de plástico ni en el mango.
9 COBERTURA DE LA GARANTÍA LIMITADA El fabricante garantiza que reparará o reemplazará, sin cargo alguno, cualquier falla debida a defectos en los materiales o en la mano de obra, o en ambos, que ocurra durante el período de garantía aplicable, sujeto a las exclusiones y limitaciones que se indican en los párrafos siguientes.
