Can it be installed over slopes?
The system allows grids to be installes over terrain with slopes up to 8°.
Which tools are needed for installing?
Soil compaction can be made with tamper or road roller. You can install Gravalock Premium P56 grids manually
but you may need a manual or circular saw to trim edges on irregular designs. Careful planning is recommended
before placing grids, otherwise a rubber hammer will be required to release grids.
Which is the maximum speed to drive with the system?
Gravalock Premium P56 has been designed for roads with a speed limit up to 25mph.
Once the system has been placed, does it need hard maintenance?
Gravalock Premium P56 system practically does not need any maintenance. It can be necessary to refill the grids
periodically to keep the gravel level right to the upper edge of the grids to ensure the useful life and
proper operation. The frequency will depend on soil characteristics and use.
