Ergänzung Ultramat 25 / Ultra Duo Plus 30
Ab sofort ist es mit jedem Ultramat 25 und Ultra Duo Plus 30 Ladegerät möglich den Sicherheitstimer
auch in den Ladeprogrammen von LiPo und LiIo Akkus zu verwenden.
Sie können Werte zwischen 10 ... 300 Minuten wählen bzw. den Sicherheitstimer deaktivieren. (aus)

Wird ein Ladevorgang gestartet, so startet automatisch gleich-
zeitig der eingebaute Sicherheitstimer. Er soll verhindern,
dass bei defektem Akku oder fehlerhafter Funktion der Voll-
Erkennung, der angeschlossene Akku total überladen wird.
Stellen Sie hier einen Zeitwert ein, der ein sicheres Vollladen
des angeschlossenen Akkus ermöglicht. Praktikabel sind je
nach eingestelltem Ladestrom etwa 30% über der zu erwartenden Ladezeit. Beispiel: Akku 1,8Ah,
Ladestrom 3,6A --> Ladezeit = 1,8A / 3,6AH = 0,5Std = 30min + 30% = Sicherheitstimer = 40 min.
Bei Lithium Akkus wird eine Sicherheitstimer-Einstellung von 90-100min empfohlen.
Complément Ultramat 25 / Ultra Duo Plus 30
Dès maintenant il est possible pour chaque chargeur Ultramat 25 et Ultra Duo Plus 30 d’utiliser
le timer de sécurité aussi pour les programmes de charge d’accus LiPo et Lilo. Vous pouvez
choisir des valeurs entre 10 et 300 minutes ou désactiver le timer de sécurité (COUPE).

Lorsqu’un processus de charge est démarré, le Timer de
sécurité intégré démarre automatiquement et simultanément.
Il empêchera la surcharge totale d’un accu défectueux
connecté ou une fonction erronée de la détection pleine charge.
Sélectionner ici une valeur de temps qui permettra une charge
complète de l’accu connecté.
En pratique, régler à peu près 30% au dessus du temps de charge estimé, selon le courant de charge
réglé. Exemple : Accu de 1,8 Ah, courant de charge 3,6 A Æ Temps de charge = 1,8 A/3,6 Ah = 0,5
heure = 30 min. + 30% = Timer de sécurité = 40 min.
Pour les accus LiPo/Lilo nous recommandons un réglage du timer de sécurité de 90 - 100 min.

When you start a charge process, the integral safety timer
automatically starts running at the same time. The safety
timer is designed to prevent catastrophic overcharging of the
battery on charge if the pack proves to be faulty, or if the
“battery full” detection circuit malfunctions.
nThe value you set for the safety timer must be generous enough to allow a full charge of the battery.
As a practical guide we recommend a time which is about 30% longer than the expected charge period;
naturally, this varies according to the charge current you have set. Example: 1.8 Ah battery, charge
current 3.6 A -> charge time = 1.8 Ah / 3.6 A - 0.5 hours = 30 min +30% = safety timer = 40 min.
For the LiPo/Lilo accus we would recommend to set the security timer to 90 - 100 min.
