It is also possible to change Gamma for each channel (R,G,B). Changing the slopes of the
individual color gamma changes the representation of white in the mid-range tonal values.
Contrast
Contrast adjustment
To create more or less contrast in the picture, luminance levels can be adjusted
independently for three tonal ranges: shadows, midtones and highlights.
In the camera menu, navigate to the Creative Control > Levels > Contrast menu and
switch Contrast on. Use the Shadows, Midtones or Highlights items to adjust the
luminance level for each tonal range between 0 and 99.
Values below 50 decrease luminance levels while values above 50 increase levels.

Contrast adjustment is always applied after Gamma.
Black Stretch
The Black Stretch function changes the level of tones in the shadow areas of the picture
without affecting the rest of the picture.
