Q: Why my GXV3240 screen is dark?
Please check whether your phone is powered on. Please ensure that the GXV3240 is connected
correctly to the power adapter.
Q: Why my GXV3240 touch screen is not sensitive?
Check that the power adaptor for GXV3240 is the original 12V BY adaptor.
Q: Why I can’t hear the dial tone through my GXV3240?
Please ensure that all units of the GXV3240 have been installed and connected correctly. Please
refer to <GXV3240 Quick Installation Guide> to install the phone.
Q: Why my GXV3240 doesn’t ring when there is an incoming call?
Please check whether the phone volume has been set to minimum. Tap on
to turn
up the volume.
Q: Where can I check the GXV3240 IP address?
Please tap on the Account icon on the desktop then check the IP address on the upper left corner of
the page. See figure 184.
