Remove filler sheets and install threshold weldments. Threshold weldments will either be anchored to the concrete or field welded to a tunnel beam. Do not anchor or weld threshold weldments until door assembly is completed. Set right and left column weldments on threshold weldments and attach to the
sidewall with 7/16" x 2-1/2" bolts and recessed nuts. The sidewall will be on the outside of the column weldment. Bolt head with sealing washer will be on the outside of this connection. All of the sidewall bolts may be installed at this time but do not tighten until the door assembly is complete. Use the provided measurements to assure that the columns are in the correct location and the header weldment will slide in place.
