THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS
WARRANTIES AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, AND SHALL NOT EXTEND BEYOND THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS
WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN, AND THE REMEDY FOR VIOLATIONS OF ANY IMPLIED
WARRANTY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, CREDIT AND/OR
REFUND OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR PART PURSUANT TO THE TERMS CONTAINED
HEREIN. GF HEALTH PRODUCTS, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL
OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER.
This warranty gives you specic legal rights and you may also have other legal rights which vary
from state to state (province to province). Some states (provinces) do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential damage, or limitation on how long an implied warranty
lasts, so the above exclusion and limitations may not apply to you.
The warranties contained herein contain all the representations and warranties with respect
to the subject matter of this document, and supersede all prior negotiations, agreements and
understandings with respect thereto. The recipient of this document hereby acknowledges and
represents that it has not relied on any representation, assertion, guarantee, warranty, collateral
contract or other assurance, except those set out in this document.
