1) Prepare the recess in the wall for the valve body pipe work taking
into account the maximum and minimum depth allowance. Place
valve body (R1) with plaster guard (R4) into the wall recess.
Recommended depth for valve body in wall measured from center of
valve outlet to finished wall surface is in the range of 1-3/8" (35mm) (Wall
minimum) to 2-1/8" (55mm) (Wall maximum).
2) Use correct piping size from mixing valve or stop/volumne control for
3) Connect the mixed water line to the inlet (Marked with an arrow on the
valve). Connect the mixed water lines from the outlets to the shower
components (Shower heads, hand showers, and body sprayers. Refer
to Fig. 1.2 for determining the correct outlet for the optimal pressure
required by the shower components.
4) Refer to Fig. 4 for required PSI at the inlet for optimal volume of
outlets.
5) Once everything has been connected, turn the water on to check for
leaks. Turn off the water at shut off's on main valve when not in use.
