ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

SAFETY GUIDELINES - PLEASE READ BEFORE USE
WARNING: Important: Read and understand these instructions before
assembling or using the Chrome Hamper. Ensure that the Chrome Hamper is
assembled as described in the following paragraphs before use. If the Chrome
Hamper is not properly assembled, personal injury and/or property damage
could result.
WARNING: If components are damaged or missing, contact your Graham-Field
authorized distributor immediately. DO NOT use substitute parts.

HAMPER ASSEMBLY (REFER TO PICTURE AT RIGHT)
Tools needed:
9
/16" wrench,
1
/2" wrench,
3
/8" wrench
1. Install locking casters on the front end of the base as
shown, upward through bottom tube. Install non-locking
casters on the rear end of the base as shown, upward
through bottom tube.
2. Install lock washers and
3
/8" hex nuts on caster stems. Use
9
/16" wrench to tighten.
3. Insert vertical tubes in the base as shown, until their snap
pins lock into place in the holes in the base.
4. The bag holder rod is optional. If desired, insert it through
the vertical tubes as shown. Install
1
/4" lock nuts on the
ends. Use
3
/8" wrench to tighten.
5. Install the top frame and lid on the vertical tubes until
vertical tube snap pins lock into place in the holes in the
top frame and lid.
6. Insert top ends of connecting rods from the rear through
holes in lid. Install
5
/16" nuts on ends of connecting rods.
Use
1
/2" wrench to tighten.
7. Insert bottom ends of connecting rods through holes in
foot pedal, facing inward. Install
5
/16" nuts on ends of rods.
Use
1
/2" wrench to tighten.
WARNING: Ensure that all parts of Chrome Hamper are secure and assembled
as instructed before use.
