5 MENU DESCRIPTION
The Fetal Monitor features exible congurations. The setup of functions such as alarm
parameters, fetal monitoring conguration, print conguration, interpartum congura-
tion, auto monitoring, and date and time can be performed by the user or congured ac-
cordingly. Press the monitor panel's key continuously to display the menus. Move the
cursor up and down among the menu items by pressing the / key. When the cursor
is moved to the menu item to be executed or changed, that menu item will be encircled
by a pane. Press the key to execute the relevant function or highlight the item; then
press the / key to change the relevant content; then press the key to conrm.

Login
Press the key to activate the login menu (gure follows).
Loginmenu
Login ID: the default is 10 characters, i.e. the date and time of the rst Login occasion.
The Login ID can be changed. 10 characters can be input at most. The characters avail-
able are A-Z, 0-9, underline, dash, and space.
Login Operation Procedure: After entering the login menu, press the key to high-
light the ID item. A control panel appears with the rst gure “A” highlighted. Press
the / key to move the cursor left/right. Or press the key to move the cursor
up/down. Select a gure, then press the key to conrm. If input error occurs, press
the button to delete it. After the ID input is complete, move the cursor to the but-
ton and press the key. When nished, press the key to return to main interface.
