NOTE #1: Cylinder base end must be free to rotate. Shim steer cylinder base end as
required to maintain a total max. gap of 1/16".
NOTE #2: Shim bottom knuckles as required to maintain no more than 1/32" movement. Shim top knuckles as
required to maintain no more than 1/16" gap. Must have a minimum of one shim.
NOTE #3: See option section for details on the Rear Axle Rework Kit and the Rear Axle Advantage Kit.
NOTE #4: All machines need to bore Steering Knuckles to use items 25 & 60. See diagram on previous page. Unless
you have purchased new Steering Knuckles part number, 9112-0003 & 9112-0004.
NOTE #5: You may have to use item 32 & 59 in place of items 61 & 62, unless you have purchased new Steering
Knuckles part number, 9112-0003 & 9112-0004. See engineering print that comes with the Steering Knuckle Kit for
details.
