PLANETARY HUB REDUCERS

Remove bolts. If necessary remove the spacer Remove the seal race with puller

In case of brake change, save

the dust cover.

ASSEMBLY OF THE PLANETARY Install the brake spacer Torque the bolts

HUB REDUCER Torque the spacer bolts according

to specification STB 1-406.

Install the brake: Position carefully

Look according to specification the cam with regard to the axle

housing.

Fit the tow bearing cups Install the bearing cone Install the bearing cone on the ring

Insert the extractor gear carrier by heating it to 80°C ap-

Install the oil seal according to prox. (176°F)

specification STC 2-103.
