HOW TO TEST
TILT CIRCUIT RELIEF VALVES

LOED MATERIALS HANDLER 534B TESTING AND ADJUSTING
Install gage in test port closest to the cab.
Retract the tilt cylinder and raise the boom.
The gage should read 3250 psi while the boom is
raising.
Adjust, reseal or replace relief valve as
necessary.
Remove gage and recap test port.
Place gage in other test port.
Extend the tilt cylinder and lower the boom.
The gage should read 3250 psi while the boom is
lowering.
Adjust, reseal or replace relief valve as
necessary.
Remove gage and recap test port.
