NOTE #1: When 9108-1384 Pivot Pin breaks, order part number 9108-5077
Steer Cylinder Pivot Block Kit for the replacement parts needed to accommodate new pivot pins.
NOTE #2: Cylinder base end must be free to rotate. Shim steer cylinder base end as required to maintain a total
max. gap of 1/16".
NOTE #3: Shim bottom knuckles as required to maintain no more than 1/32" movement. Shim top knuckles as
required to maintain no more than 1/16" gap. Must have a minimum of one shim.
NOTE #4: All machines need to bore Steering Knuckles to use items 62 & 63. See diagram on previous page. Unless
you have purchased new Steering Knuckles part number, 9112-0003 & 9112-0004.
NOTE #5: You may have to use item 37 in place of items 28 & 64, unless you have purchased new Steering Knuckles
part number, 9112-0003 & 9112-0004. See engineering print that comes with the Steering Knuckle Kit for details.
