Home Screen, Standby Mode
In Standby Mode, the user can enable heating, park the
pumps, refill the tanks, circulate materials.
Press to change operating modes.
Press to move the pumps all the way to the left and
turns the hydraulic power pack off.
Press or to initiate a tank refill. If a tank is fill-
ing, pressing either button will abort the filling operation.
Press to stop or start the hydraulic power pack and
run the start-up process.
Home Screen, Shot Mode
This mode allows the user to select one of 100 pre-
defined shot numbers. See Shots Screen on page 55
for information about editing shot definitions.
To use a predefined shot:
1. Enter shot mode.
2. Press and use the numeric keypad to enter
the desired shot number.
3. Press to select the shot number.
4. Press to initiate a dispense. The system will go
to high pressure mode and dispense a shot after the
pre-dispense timer, see Mix Head Operating
Details Screen on page 61, expires.
NOTE: There is a three second delay after a dispense
before another dispense can be initiated
5. Press to switch between low and high pressure
modes without dispensing.
6. During a dispense, press to abort the dispense.
