properly.Donotinstallorrepairthisequipment
unlessyouaretrainedandqualied.

thesystemandwheneveryouareinstructedto
dischargethevoltage.

youareinstructedtorelievethepressure.

Normalsprayingvoltageforasystemusingthe
waterbornegunis45-55kV.Thesystemvoltageis
lowerduetosprayingcurrentdemandsandvoltage
isolationsystemlosses.
Alossofsprayingvoltagecanbecausedbya
problemwiththespraygun,uidhose,orvoltage
isolationsystem,sinceallofthesystemcomponents
areelectricallyconnectedthroughtheconductive,
waterborneuid.
Beforetroubleshootingorservicingthevoltage
isolationsystemitself,youneedtodeterminewhich
componentinthesystemismostlikelycausinga
problem.Possiblecausesincludethefollowing:
