verticalorhorizontalspraypattern.Tightenthe
retainingringuntiltheaircapisheldrmlyin
place;youshouldnotbeabletorotatetheair
caphornsbyhand.
5.Fullyopenthefanairadjustmentvalve(F)
counterclockwise.
6.Fullyopentheuidadjustmentvalve(H)
counterclockwise.
7.Fullyopentheatomizingairrestrictorvalve(G)
clockwise.
8.MakesuretheESOn-Offswitch(J)isOFF(O).
9.Adjustthepumpairregulatortostarttheuid
supplyunit.Adjusttheuidowwiththeair
pressureregulatoruntilthestreamfromthegun
travels8-12in.(200-300mm)beforefallingoff.
Typically,ifuidpressureisbelow5psi(.04
MPa,0.4bar)orabove30psi(0.21MPa,2.1
bar),achangeofnozzlesizeisrecommended.
10.Setthegunairregulatortodeliveraminimum
45psi(0.32MPa,3.2bar)atthegunwhen
triggered,toensurefullsprayingvoltage.See
