3. Adjust the solvent fluid supply pressure. Use the
lowest possible pressure to avoid splashing.
4. Remove the Fluid Station Control Box cover to
access the solenoid valves. See F
IG. 75 on page 71.
5. Purge as follows:
• Single color systems: Press the manual over-
ride on the Dose Valve A solenoid valve and
trigger the gun into a grounded metal pail until
clean solvent flows from the gun.
• Multiple color systems: Select Recipe 0 and
press Enter . The color change LED blinks
while Recipe 0 runs and turns solid after purge
sequence is complete.
6. Reinstall the Fluid Station Control Box cover.
7. Shut off the solvent fluid supply.
8. Disconnect the solvent supply lines and reconnect
the fluid supply.
