ACS Control Mode

The ACS module provides an analog drive signal to the

VFD.

• Run command refers to an input command to the

VFD, requesting the motor to run in designated

direction.

• Stop command refers to an input command

removed, requesting the motor to stop running.

The VFD drives the pump if the following conditions are

met:

• SECURE/DISABLE switch is ON

• START/STOP switch is ON

• There are no VFD or ACS faults

NOTE: The local control box cannot make flow rate

changes. Use automation (PC, VB software, or process

controller) to change the flow rate.

A control with interface must be used to select a drive

speed.

wiring details to complete the installation.
