Heat Exchanger Assembly

Torque to 65 ft-lb (88 N•m).
Apply lubricant to o-rings before
assembling.
Torque to 8 ft-lb (11 N•m).
Torque to 2.5 ft-lb (3.4 N•m).
Apply sealant to threads.
Orient fan with airflow arrow pointing
toward cover.
Align fan plug as shown.
