Replacing Air Filter Element

Check the 5 micron air manifold filter daily and replace

element (317a, Part No. 114228) as needed.

1. Close main air shutoff valve on air supply line and

on unit. Depressurize air line.

2. Remove filter cover (A). See F

. 19.

3. Unscrew filter bowl (B).

4. Remove and replace element (317a).

5. Screw filter bowl (B) on securely. Install cover (A).

Wall Mount Fluid Station

Preparation

1. Follow Before Servicing, page 38.

2. Loosen the 4 screws (307), then remove the Wall

Mount Fluid Station cover (322). F

Removing a pressurized air filter bowl could cause

serious injury. Depressurize air line before servicing.
