Installation Grounding WARNING FIRE AND EXPLOSION HAZARD Before operating the pump, ground the system as explained below. Also read the section FIRE AND EXPLOSION HAZARD on page 3. 1. Pump: use a ground wire and clamp as shown in your separate pump manual. 2. Fluid hoses: use only electrically conductive fluid hoses with a maximum of 500 feet (150 m) combined hose length to ensure grounding continuity. Check the electrical resistance of your fluid hoses at least once a week.
Operation Pressure Relief Procedure Flow Rate Adjustment WARNING WARNING INJECTION HAZARD The system pressure must be manually relieved to prevent the system from starting or dispensing accidentally. Fluid under high pressure can be injected through the skin and cause serious injury.
Service NOTE: Repair kits are available. See page 7 for the kits for your gun model. For the best results, use all the new parts in the kit. Kit parts are marked with an asterisk, for example (2*). NOTE: See the Parts Drawing on page 7 when disassembling and reassembling the gun.
