CRIB AND TODDLER MATTRESS-IN-A-BOX WARRANTY
What does our warranty cover?
Storkcraft™ proudly warranties the Graco® Crib and Toddler Mattress-in-a-Box that you have purchased to be free of defects in both the quality of the craftsmanship
of the mattress, and in the materials used for this product.
Who does our warranty cover, and for how long?
Storkcraft™ provides this warranty to you, the original purchaser, only. The warranty is not transferrable and is void upon any subsequent sale or transfer. The
warranty is for a period of six (6) years from the date of purchase of the Graco® Crib and Toddler Mattress-in-a-Box, however years two (2) to six (6) of the warranty
are prorated at a rate of twenty (20%) per year off of the original purchase price for each year since the date of purchase by the original purchaser.
How does the warranty work?
Storkcraft™ will replace a defective mattress as the exclusive remedy under this warranty or, at its sole discretion, may offer the prorated cash equivalent (less
shipping, handling and/or duties). To request warranty service, contact the Storkcraft™ Customer Care Department. Storkcraft™, at its option, may require proof of
purchase and proof of the condition of the product in order to process a claim under this warranty.

1-877-274-0277.
When contacting the Customer Care Department, please have your mattress’ model number and date of manufacture available. The model number and date of
manufacture can be located on the tag of the mattress.
Does this warranty have limitations and exclusions?
This warranty does not cover normal “wear and tear”, staining, dirt, discolorations, nor damage from unusual uses by the purchaser resulting in dampness, mold,
burns, unsanitary conditions and/or other intentional physical damage (i.e. from jumping on the mattress, etc.) to the Graco® Crib and Toddler Mattress-in-a-Box. This
warranty shall not apply if the Graco® Crib and Toddler Mattress-in-a-Box is used for any commercial purposes (such as in a day care facility, at a hotel, or as a floor
model), is purchased or obtained in a “used” or “second hand” condition, or if the mattress is otherwise not used solely by the original purchaser. The Graco® Crib and
Toddler Mattress-in-a-Box is intended solely for use by newborns, infants, and toddler children. The warranty shall be void if this mattress is used for animals or pets.
This warranty shall be voided if the removable outer cover of the Graco® Crib and Toddler Mattress-in-a-Box is washed in a washing machine (on any washing cycle
other than “delicate”) or dried in a clothes dryer. This warranty shall also be voided if the Graco® Crib and Toddler Mattress-in-a-Box remains compressed in the box/
packaging it arrives in to the original purchaser for any period of time extended past two (2) weeks after delivery, or it is otherwise left to expand in a non-room
temperature setting.
Storkcraft™ shall not be responsible for direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from, or which flow from, any breach of this warranty
from any condition present with the mattress. This warranty shall specifically exclude any claims in excess of the original purchase price of the Graco® Crib and
Toddler Mattress-in-a-Box. This warranty is only applicable for claims made by original purchasers in the United States or Canada.
The foregoing limitations to this warranty shall be modified or removed in any state, country, or province that does not permit such limitations (and only to the
minimum extent that any such terms are prohibited by law).
NOTE: ONLY THE OUTER COVER OF THE GRACO® CRIB AND TODDLER MATTRESS-IN-A-BOX IS SUITABLE FOR MACHINE WASHING. FOR OUTER COVER CARE, HAND
WASH WITH MILD SOAP, OR MACHINE WASH IN COLD WATER (ON DELICATE CYCLE ONLY). DO NOT USE BLEACH. HANG OUTER COVER TO DRY (DO NOT PLACE OUTER
COVER IN MACHINE DRYER). DO NOT REMOVE INNER LINING OF MATTRESS.
Should I stop using the Graco® Crib and Toddler Mattress-in-a-Box if it is sloped or uneven?
If the Graco® Crib and Toddler Mattress-in-a-Box is sloped or uneven, immediately discontinue use and contact the Storkcraft™ Customer Care Department.
Please allow for a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours, in a room temperature setting, for the Graco® Crib and Toddler Mattress-in-a-Box to fully expand to its
maximum level of thickness. Actual expansion times may vary. If, after an expansion period of a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours in a room temperature setting,
the mattress has not expanded to a height of at least four (4) inches, and expanded evenly on all sides, then do not under any circumstances, place your child on the
mattress. In such an instance immediately discontinue use of the mattress and immediately contact the Storkcraft™ Customer Care Department.
NOTE THAT BY USING YOUR GRACO® CRIB AND TODDLER MATTRESS-IN-A-BOX YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS
WARRANTY. DO NOT USE YOUR MATTRESS UNTIL YOU HAVE REVIEWED THE TERMS OF THE WARRANTY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY,
THEN DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT AND CONTACT YOUR RETAILER OR THE STORKCRAFTTM CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT.
NOTE: NEW FOAM PRODUCTS CAN OFTEN HAVE A DISTINCT SCENT OR SMELL. PLEASE REMOVE THE PRODUCT FROM ITS PACKAGE AND ALLOW IT TO “AIR OUT” IN A
WELL-VENTILATED SETTING. THE GRACO® CRIB AND TODDLER MATTRESS-IN-A-BOX IS GREENGUARD GOLD CERTIFIED, AS IT HAS BEEN TESTED AND VERIFIED TO
MEET STRINGENT CHEMICAL AND EMISSIONS STANDARDS. OUR DEDICATION TO MEETING THE GREENGUARD GOLD CERTIFICATION RESULTS IN REDUCED CHEMICAL
EXPOSURE FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY, AND IMPROVED INDOOR AIR QUALITY IN YOUR HOME. THE GREENGUARD GOLD CERTIFICATION MARK INDICATES THIS
PRODUCT HAS BEEN INDEPENDENTLY AND SCIENTIFICALLY SCREENED FOR OVER TEN THOUSAND (10,000) CHEMICALS AND MORE THAN THREE HUNDRED AND
