Assembly Preparation Before Beginning Assembly: Assembly Steps OVERVIEW Headboard (A) Right Leg (B) First Support Leg (G) Second Slat Frame Leg (K) First Slat Frame Leg (J) Left Leg (C) First Side Rail(E) Third Support Bar(I) Second Support Leg (H) Second Side Rail (F) Footboard (D) FRONT FACING This Bed has multiple parts and may require up to some 30 minutes to assemble. To give you an overview of the Bed parts, the above picture is to help you put the various parts into perspective.
Unpack and place all parts on a clean, non-marring surface. With assistance from your adult partners, carefully place the Headboard(A) facedown on a clean, non-marring surface as shown above. Attach Right Leg (B) and Left Leg (C) to Headboard (A), then place Connection Metal (⑨) onto as shown above, secure by using Bolts(③), Washer (①) , Spring Washer (②), Allen Key (⑤) Do not fully tighten the Bolts.
Right Side Rail (E) Third Support Leg (I) Second Side Rail (F) First Side Rail (E) Connect Third Support Leg (I) to First Side Rail (E ) ,Second Side Rail (F), then secure by using Washer (①), Spring Washer (②), Bolt (④), Allen Key (⑤) as shown above. Repeat the same process with remain First Side Rail (E) and Second Side Rail (F) Do not fully tighten the Bolts.
With the help of your adult partner, attach Foodboard (D) to frame on step 4, secure by using Allen Wrench (⑦), Washers(①), Nut (⑥) and Spanner (⑧) as shown above. With the help of your adult partner, align the Left Leg (B) to frame on step 2 and Footboard (D), secure using using Allen Wrench (⑦), Washers(①), Nut ( ⑥) and Spanner (⑧) as shown above.
.1 Secure the Second Slat Frame (K) to the First Side Rail on step 6 by usingScrew(⑩) and Screwdriver (⑪) as shown above 7.2 Secure the Second Slat Frame (K) to the frame on step 6 by using Washers(①), Bolts(③), Allen Key (⑤) as shown above 8.1) Secure the First Slat Frame(J) to Side Rails using Screws(⑩) with Screwdriver(⑪) as shown above. 8.2) Secure the First Slat Frame(J) to Second Support Leg(H) using Bolts(③) and Washers(①) with Allen Key(⑤) as shown above Do not fully tighten the Bolts and Screws.
Check for wobbles. In a sequential manner, gradually tighten all Bolts until evenly secured. Inspect the Bed and make sure all parts are adequately connected With assistance from your adult partners, adjust the levellers to desired height to avoid wobbles. To adjust the Levellers, get assistance from an adult partner to lift/lean and hold the Bed while you are working. Your Bed is ready for use. This Bed can only be used on a flat, level surface.
