When the front wheel is removed, insert the
transport safety mechanism between the brake
pads to prevent unintended adjustment of the
gaps between brake pads.
5.3. Removing the front wheel rigid fork
Undo the quick-release axle with a hexagon socket
SW14mm.
Pull the quick-release axle out of the fork by
moving it towards the right. While doing so,
firmly hold the front wheel and undo the front
wheel by removing it out of the fork in a
downwards direction.
With the front wheel removed, insert the
transport safety mechanism between the brake
pads to prevent unintended adjustment of the
gaps between brake pads.
